HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE PORTAL
Send an email to DentalGroupRequests@mutualofomaha.com requesting registration information and include the following details:
You will receive, within 10-14 business days, a response with the Entity Id and corresponding information that is required to complete your registration.
SIGN UP FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT (EFT)
To sign up for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) with Optum/Vpay, please call 1-888-704-0072.
If you were registered for EFT prior to October 1, 2022, register with Optum/Vpay to continue receiving payments via EFT.
