Provider Web Portal
The Provider Web Portal is a free, real-time, on-line tool, which offers many features designed to reduce costs, reduce time spent on the phone, and decrease the turn-around time of authorizations and claims.

VIEW MEMBER BENEFITS AND ELIGIBILITY
Through our member benefits and eligibility tool, you can easily and quickly access member benefit information, 24/7. Click here to get instant access to member eligibility and benefits.
PROVIDER PORTAL ACCESS
As a participant in our network, you can access our secure provider web portal. Through this portal, you can:
- View authorizations, covered benefits and fee schedules online, anytime. (Note: Benefit information is not a guarantee of claim payment. Claims are considered based on eligibility, necessity, and all plan provisions at the time services are rendered)
- Create a member eligibility and view real-time eligibility for multiple members.
- View member effective dates.
- Upload multiple documents at the same time.
- Submit new and corrected claims.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE PORTAL
Send an email to DentalGroupRequests@mutualofomaha.com requesting registration information and include the following details:
- First and last name of Provider
- If registering as Payee or Location, Payee or Location name
- Address (Payee, Location or Provider - based on how you would like to register)
- Tax Identification Number
- What type of Entity you would like to register as Payee, Location or Provider
You will receive, within 10-14 business days, a response with the Entity Id and corresponding information that is required to complete your registration.
SIGN UP FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT (EFT)
To sign up for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) with Optum/Vpay, please call 1-888-704-0072.
If you were registered for EFT prior to October 1, 2022, register with Optum/Vpay to continue receiving payments via EFT.
PAPER CLAIMS, AUTHORIZATIONS, AND APPEALS
